Trainee Programme
Compton Solicitors provides an excellent programme for trainee solicitors. Candidates should have an interest in business and law along with a strong academic record, should be enthusiastic and can work well as part of a team.
Our trainees are an integral part of our team in Compton Solicitors. It is very important to us that our trainees are given the right tools, support and guidance in order that they learn and develop exceptional legal skills, knowledge and technical expertise in order to become successful lawyers.
We are a full service law firm and our trainees are given every opportunity to gain as wide a range of experience as possible in a number of different practice areas.
Our trainees work with Senior Lawyers, Consultants and Partners as part of a team structure.

Internship Programme
We are currently recruiting interns to commence in July 2020 for 6 – 12 month internships. Applicants must be graduates by the time they take up the position.
